Standard Shipping

  • $5 flat rate shipping for all US orders
  • We currently do not offer expedited or international shipping, but we are working on it!

When Will My Order Ship?

In order to provide the exact product type, color and size that you're looking for, all items are printed after you order them. Your order is hand-printed in the United States of America. The printing process usually takes 2 to 3 business days before it is shipped. Face coverings are shipped separately, and may take a bit longer due to the printing process. 

What Are My Shipping Options?

We currently only offer standard domestic shipping to the United States. Expedited shipping and International shipping are currently unavailable but are on our to-do list (we promise!).

Total shipping time is approximately 5 to 8 business days (2 to 3 business days to print, plus 3 to 5 business days to ship).

 What Shipping Providers Do You Use?

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! You will receive one email with a confirmation receipt after placing an order, and another email with a tracking link after your order is shipped. 

If you didn’t receive a tracking email within 5 days of your order, please check your spam/junk email folder. If it is not there, contact customer support at help@bepompous.com and we will get back to you within one business day.

Why Does The Tracking Link Show "Not Found" or "Unavailable" When Clicking On It?

Tracking links can take 1 to 2 business days to update in our shipping partner’s system. If you’ve been waiting for more than 2 business days, contact our customer support at help@bepompous.com.com and we will get back to you within one business day.

 Why Am I Missing An Item?

Some items ship from different printing facilities (i.e. face coverings), so part of your order is probably still be on its way. If you need additional information, please contact customer support.

Why Didn't I Receive An Order?

If you placed an order more than 12 days ago contact customer support (help@bepompous.com) and we will take care of it!
